HANDLING CHARGES

We make a handling charge which covers our work in processing and packing your order plus the cost of either postage or DHL express courier. The handling charge varies according to both the destination and how quickly you want to receive your order. The handling charge is made only once per order, so the more DVDs you order at one time, the more you save.

There are three speeds of delivery:

The fastest but most expensive is DHL express. Priority airmail is fairly quick. Non-priority surface mail is the cheapest, but very, very slow over large distances. We estimate your order should take the following number of days:

*) Please note that DHL express mail, unlike the two other systems, can ONLY deliver to a personal address, but NOT to a PO box nor "poste restante".
**) only if available from DWW-USA, otherwise use delivery times below, see "rest of world".

HANDLING CHARGES - DEPENDING ON DESTINATIONS:

1) DHL express    (very fast and reliable service):

2) DHL europack    (fast and reliable service):

Please don't forget that DHL express does NOT deliver to PO boxes!

3) Priority Airmail:    (pretty quick delivery service, but not always reliably fast)

4) Non-priority surface mail:   (within Europe and USA ok, but over large distances (e.g.   Canada, Australia, Japan) it's very, very slow !

e.g. for destination USA for 2 DWW videos calculate (in $):

2 DWW DVDs (2x $ 29) + 1 x handling charge ($ 21) = $ 79 = slow surface mail    

2 DWW DVDs (2x $ 29) + 1 x handling charge ($ 52) = $ 110 = priority air mail        

2 DWW DVDs (2x $ 29) + 1 x handling charge ($ 84) = $ 142 = DHL express mail  

RECOMMENDATIONS, RESTRICTIONS, NOTES:

The above delivery times are estimates, no guarantees. We take no responsibility for the competence and speed of any postal service. To calculate when you will receive your order, add the time for your communication to reach us, plus the time we need to prepare your order (normally 2-7 days), plus the estimated delivery time mentioned in the "handling charges" - table above. We deal with DHL-express orders immediately!

All USA-residents will receive their order (if available) from DWW-USA Inc., located in California!

In fact our own record so far has been a delivery to Spain: Within only 16 hours after we have had received the order over the internet, our customer in Southern Spain had received his video by DHL !! I.e. our DHL delivery record for a video received in California had been only 42 hours after we have had received the order over the internet. Also USA priority mail is very fast when the order gets despatched from DWW-USA (see first in our online store if your tapes are available from there!). We've often had delivery times of less than 36 hours from receiving the order to the customer receiving his tapes.

DHL is fast and reliable. But note that DHL will not deliver to a PO Box Number or poste restante, for reasons of security. We shall therefore need a personal address for DHL express delivery.

For residents not living in Europe or USA we do NOT recommend non-priority surface mail, as ships passing an ocean are nevertheless rather slow delivery vehicles.

DHL delivery: If you know the airwaybill number of your order, you can follow its progress and arrange delivery time with your local DHL office. We tell our internet customers the information they need to do this when they track their order on our website with their shipping number. (see "order status online").

Canada: Sorry, but you're in "Rest of the World".

Although we despatch orders within just a few days of their receipt we can not control some inevitable inefficiencies in the postal system that do occur from time to time. Please write to us if you have not received your DVD(s) within 3 weeks of sending off your order (up to 8 weeks if requested by non-priority surface mail) or if you have received them defected or crashed!

SPECIAL OFFER: If you order DVDs to a value of $ 450 or  € 300 or more at one time, handling charges for this order are free (EXCEPT FOR DHL EXPRESS delivery method), but tell us which of the remaining despatch methods you want.

Color Covers and DVD boxes:

For various reaons of confidentiality required by our customers, we are never sending our printed color covers to private customers. Our customers just don’t like to present the content to the general public and therefore we do not send those color covers with the order and also did not calculate their costs into our price and consequently we’re able to offer you our DVDs actually cheaper than necessary. All DVDs will arrive in plain DVD boxes only. If you’re ordering more than 1 DVD at a time, we are sometimes despatching two DVDs within one DVD box only to save space.

If you’re a retail outlet (you have to register with us first as a retailer and send us proof) we are sending your orders including color covers in single DVD boxes at retail price.

If you are a collector and you like to have color covers for your private DVD collection then we’re offering PDF files of our DVD color covers in our DWW MOVIES section for download. You can print those PDF files on your own color printer or you let those files being printed in a copy shop if you chose to do so. You may find those PDF cover files in DWW MOVIES once you search and select for the covers. Each cover file download costs 4 DWW MOVIE credits.
