Please note that you may pay by cheque and the other methods (international money order, bank to bank transfer, etc.) described in the online store. If you do not pay by credit card, before we can send you anything we MUST be in receipt (by fax, snail mail, or jpg email attachment) of confirmation that you are at least 18 years of age.

If you want to buy a WebClub membership online by credit card, and are experiencing regular problems with our credit card charging company CCBill, you may order direct from us (either in our new online store or by using the 1-800-616-3621 number in the USA) for 3- and 12-month and special subscriptions, and by credit card ONLY.
This service is intended only for those who know that they have funds in their valid credit card account but are experiencing persistent, apparently illogical problems with CCBILL's computer system.

Please note that you should attempt to pay by credit card directly to us ONLY when your credit card fails at CCBILL, and that the transaction cannot be processed immediately. According to the time at which you order, you can expect to wait 1-3 days to receive your Activation Key by email. This is because we cannot necessarily process your credit card immediately (for example, it may be the weekend). However, CCBILL is a 24-hour continuous service.

How it works:

To join the DWW Web Club and see its famous, vast monthly magazine, you need a password. We not sell you a password directly, but a unique number called an Activation Key. The Activation Key allows you to start your membership account with the DWW Web Club at the moment of your choice. The account is not running until you choose to start it from your computer.

When you sit down at your computer, enter your unique Activation Key number on DWW’s activation key page at http://www.dwwgalaxy.com/activate and you will get a user ID and password which expires at the time you expect.

The DWW Web Club is an internet magazine with 12 monthly issues per year. If, for example, you bought a 3-issue Activation Key card on 15 May, but didn’t have an opportunity to start your DWW Web Club Membership running until 20 May, you will get a password for a membership account which expires on 31 July.

You can of course keep your Activation Key card and start your account running, say on 2 September. You would then get a password for a membership account which expires on 30 November. Expiry always takes place on the last day of the last issue for which you have subscribed.

Once your Activation Key has been used you will get a password, and that particular Activation Key can’t be used a second time.
